DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

Deleting your BATTLEBACK account is permanent. Your profile, battle plans, sessions, journal entries, streaks, messages, and all other personal data are removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open BATTLEBACK and go to YOU (profile tab).
  2. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all data are erased immediately, and a confirmation email is sent to you.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you:

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: profile and sign-in credentials, training history, journal and weight logs, coach links, messages, and notification tokens. Anonymized aggregates that cannot identify you may be retained.
