DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
Deleting your BATTLEBACK account is permanent. Your profile, battle plans, sessions, journal entries, streaks, messages, and all other personal data are removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open BATTLEBACK and go to YOU (profile tab).
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all data are erased immediately, and we try to email you a confirmation.
Delete without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you:

Memberships
Deleting your account cancels any active membership — you won't be charged again. In the app this happens immediately; for an email request, when we delete the account. To stop billing sooner, or to cancel without deleting, use MANAGE BILLING on the membership page. Coaches: your Stripe payout account is yours and stays open (with any balance still paid out to you); close it from your Stripe dashboard.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account: profile and sign-in credentials, training history, journal and weight logs, coach links, messages, and notification tokens. Anonymized aggregates that cannot identify you may be retained.
